Bob Pelletier made a motion to decide on cost after club insurance costs are known. Lega Medcalf seconded. Judy Pelletier mentioned that advanced sales for snowmobile rides would be good. Chamber could do the scheduling but if paying by credit card there would be an extra $1 charge. Having helmets was mentioned. Jean Preis mentioned must make clear free rides will still be available. Richard Sens said must make a distinction between rides. Maybe trail ride and lake ride.
Bill Preis mentioned Collette Communicators. 6 people want to order. Need 10 to get discount. Blaine questioned if we have permission to buy through the club. It was a unanimous yes. Bill Preis wants an email to go out saying that we had our meeting and we have 6 people ordering and just need 4 more for discount.
Change: February 18th will be our rally. This is the first Saturday of school vacation. 9 to noon registration. Will have Chinese Auction. Steve questioned whether we would have a timed rally. Blaine thought if we do trail rides then that would be more profit.
Club ride - Moose Mountain Inn, 15 rooms, February 7 Departing on the 10th. $69.96 per night with group discount. Continental breakfast. They have a lower room we could use. Could have pot luck one night. Need to book rooms ahead of time. Bill Kelley will block rooms Monday. 72 hour cancellation notice required.
