President Blaine Chapman brought the meeting to order at 6:50pm.  Treasurer's report was read and accepted.  Secretary's report was read and accepted.  Family members - 60.  Business members - 28.  MSA - 868 tickets sold with $434 club profit.

Blaine wanted to thank the Sullivans for opening their house for our November meeting.

Blaine has attended a couple of map meetings - Blaine saw a copy.  Thinks we will like it.  Huge improvement.  Thank you Henry Hudson for the work you have done on map.

Ski-Doo Giveaway.  New format.  Had to be in by 11/15/11.  New England Boat is still a dealership.  Still selling Ski-Doo parts and maintenance.

Request for a donation recieved from Lions Club.  Bob Hatch let us know the Lions support sight, hearing, boy scout sponsorship and fuel assistance.  Blaine mentioned we purchased Lions Snack Shack for a reasonable price and the Lions have donated French Fries for our poker rally.  Richard Sens made a motion that we donate at the Silver Level.  Judy Pelletier seconded.

Trailwork - 99% of signage up.  ITS 80-huge washout repaired.  Every Sunday trailwork is being done.  Meet at Chapter 11 for 8am.  We are all done by 12-12:30.  Monk Rd trail that connects to power line should be worked on this year.  Had to go to CMP.  Have state license.  Had Dig Safe come out.  We are good with them.  Back to CMP-no problem.  Next step written report then goes to CMP realtor and then they will let us know.

Groomer:  We are approved for a loan but at 7%.  Found out a lot of clubs are buying equipment this year.  It was mentioned that Moose Pond Land Trust gives money for recreation.  Bill Preis asked how much for a new groomer.  Lega Medcalf questioned if Lovell bought a new machine and was wondering if Steven King donated?  Ham Foundation was also mentioned.

Winter Carnival-January 21 with snack shack, fire pit and snowmobile rides.  They asked if we could keep snack shack operating on Sunday to draw people.  Blaine will check with insurace to see how much extra cost for Sunday?  Also how much cost for actual trail rides for sale - 1 or 2
